    toady I opened and suddenly it opens normally without touching any thing

Out of curiosity, do you see the relevant app being listed under your Connected Apps on the website?

 

If you do see it, have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting it again?

        I realized that the issue was my VPN software because after I updated it, then it works fine
