No Dropbox options when I right-click files in the Dropbox folder

Question or Issue
After a new install I right click files to save offline - and have also saved that setting in Preferences, There's no mention of Dropbox settings when I right click anything in the Dropbox folder.

Hi there, Giles527, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If you have no Dropbox options when right-clicking on files in your Dropbox folder, then there's some kind of issue with the app, so let's see what we can find.

Do you have a small Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar? And if so, what do you see when you hover over it with your mouse?

Also, does syncing work? What happens if you add files to your Dropbox folder? Do they sync to your account online?

Let me know and we'll go from there.
