Re: iPad app won't let me log in - please help!

For those of you on older iPads, remember that the Dropbox app now requires iOS 10, and older versions of the Dropbox app that would previously connect to Dropbox are being blocked as they are no longer compatible with the service. So for some of you, this isn't a case of a simple problem that can be resolved, and is, in fact, planned obsolescence of the Dropbox app.

If you have an older iPad on iOS 9 or earlier, it's just a matter of time before it's no longer able to connect to the Dropbox service.

Thank you Rich, Dropbox should give such an explanation instead of "login failed".

No kidding. I just wasted an hour trying to get my older iPad to connect to Dropbox.  Let's try "customer service" Dropbox!  How hard is it to have a meaningful error message??

I think I'll be joining the crowd and using another service.
