I'm having this issue also! It essentially broke my help request post.

    Sure! I was able to make the post, there was just sort of a hang-up where any attempt to add a hyperlink appeared to result in the error. I ended up having to copy/paste the body text into a freshly reloaded form without using the hyperlink feature:
