Sync icons in Finder on Macs with Intel chip

Hi. Can I check that Sync Icons are being displayed in Finder on MacBooks with an Intel chip? I’ve got the Dropbox app (v198.4.7615) running on two MacBooks - one with a M1 chip, the other with an ...

Mine display fine using:

Dropbox: 198.4.7615

Apple M1 with 14.4.1 (23E224).

 

When you installed did you grant access to all permissions?

    Hi Mark.

     

    Yes I've checked permissions in: System Settings > Privacy and Security > Files and Folders.

    Also checked: System Settings > Extensions > Finder

     

    All good with the M1 Mac, like yours. But not on the Intel Mac.

     

    I don't know if the chip's got anything to do with it, but it's the only difference I can see.

      HI Dan401, could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application by using this link to see if this helps?
