Sync icons in Finder on Macs with Intel chip

Hi Megan.

 

Thanks for your prompt reply.  No joy, I'm afraid.  I've tried this process twice.

App Syncing Status: Tick and "Your file are up to date"

App version: v198.4.7615

Can you try these steps, in order to perform an advanced re-install on the app?

    HI Megan.

     

    Sorry to say that didn't work either.

    Here's a screenshot of me running the SUDO commands you sent:

    Here's the reinstalled app doing its indexing:

    But still no Sync icons:

     

    Is there anything else I can try please?

     

    I'm inclined to erase the Mac and reinstall the OS.
