The error message means the following
Dropbox has crashed unexpectedly.
Your files are secure. Please restart Dropbox to resume syncing and other functions.

2 years agoH. Hanyang, regarding your previous post, keep in mind that Walter’s previous suggestion to set up a new user profile on your computer with admin rights is purely for troubleshooting reasons and we don’t expect you to have a separate profile to run the Dropbox app.
If you try this step though and it doesn’t help or if you can’t test this, let us know and we’ll further assist.
