I've tried everything I can think of to post an image, but I always get an empty box that would include the description if I entered it. Once a while back somehow I stumbled on the right way to insert an image, but everything I try is a dead end. I've tried to copy the dropbox link to the image both in my MacBook dropbox folder, as well as on the web interface (that I generally never use) I've tried converting the screen grab into a JPEG but nothing works. Thanks in advance for any help.

I conducted a test by suspending synk and replacing a folder that had been erroneously changed as being recently modified with a copy that had the valid modification date. After a period of 24 hours or so I see that this folder was updated today's date, even though there had been no activity. When I went into the folder to confirm that I reviewing its contents I saw the two alias files had been updated, even though they nor the original files they pointed to had been touched for a long time. So this is another strange behavior where files namely, alias files, are getting updated within a folder and then the folder having its modification date altered even though there has been *no activity* on its contents.
