Add Dropbox as a place in Word option is checked but it still doesn't work.

I am using the Windows app in Windows 11. I have selected the option to add Dropbox as a save place in Microsoft Word, but it is no longer working. If I try to uncheck it, the app crashes.

    Would you mind clarifying when you first started noticing this behavior? Feel free to also give me a step-by-step of what you're doing on your end. 

     

    Does this happen with all of your Word content?
