Hi @Lusil, I am experiencing similar issue. I am using Google Chrome (non-incongito mode). I have turned off ad blockers for dropbox.com and enabled dropbox, com to set cookies. Can you help resolve this issue? Thanks!

6 years agoHi imusgbc, thanks for nudging us on this thread.
I'd be happy to help look into this, but before we move on, could you confirm if you've tried another browser or an incognito window? How about rebooting your computer?
Let me know what you find - thanks!

Yes, @Lusil, I have tried this in Firefox. Firefox allows me to open mircrosft online files via dropbox.com. However, I can't use Chrome with dropbox.com.

Thanks for your swift reply, imusgbc.
What exactly happens when you try to open the files on the website? Do you get any error messages?
If you do, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) so that I can have a better visual understanding of your concern?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi @Lusil,
It buffers with the mircosoft word/excel logo in a continous loop despite being properly logged into my microsoft account. Below is a photo of the logo. Fyi, my cookies and pop up ad blocker is turned off too. Thanks!
