3 years agoYou could try disconnecting the apps from this page, and then reconnecting them when accessing the mobile apps again, to see if this helps.
If it doesn't, then you'll need to contact the developers to see if something has been amended on their end.

I tried several times to disconnect from dropbox apps but the problem does not resolve.(I try now with same error)
I am convinced that it depends on dropbox because the problem arose a few months ago simultaneously on the two apps

Weâre unable to provide support for third-party apps or services. As the error is occurring on both these apps at the same time, I can only recommend checking with the developers and if necessary, have them contact the Dropbox team via their own accounts.
