Dropbox Sign asks me to verify my email address to access one of my documents.
I’m experiencing an issue accessing a document via DropBox Sign.
When I attempt to access the document, I’m prompted to verify my email before the document loads. However, after completing the verification step (by clicking a link from the inbox of the email address in question) the page never fully loads—it remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Accessing the document on a separate device.
- Using a different browser.
- Clearing my cache and browser history.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

Thanks for your post, joshuazhirkee433!
Those are some good troubleshooting steps indeed.
Can you also give this a go via an incognito window?
If the issue persists after that, I’d like a full screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end to have a visual. Just make sure to mask any personal info showing first.
Ping me when you’re ready.

I've tried on an incognito window also.
Same issue - never progresses beyond this loading section:

Thanks for that! And just to clarify, you’re currently on https://app.hellosign.com/, and not the Signatures page of your Dropbox account here, right?

Yes - I'm on app.hellosign.com
