Window is maximized. If either the browser zoom or the Dropbox Web-Word zoom is being used, the banner naturally moves differently, but the banner does not disappear. For example, when Web-Word zooms is 150%, the banner does not hide footnotes buttons, but 150% zoom is impractical otherwise + it does not remove the bug in question, i.e. the "close" button on the banner should work, and the banner should be removed by pushing the close button (see the screenshot above).

I would not like to install a third browser that I never use only because of this bug. It would be desirable that if the bug occurs in two different browsers (even based on the same tech), it would be enough to show that the bug in question should be fixed.
