The developer's answer:
A recent security update to the Dropbox infrastructure (January 2026) has introduced new encryption certificates. Because Android 15 enforces the latest security protocols, the current version of this app is unable to verify the connection to Dropbox servers, resulting in the error.

You should contact the developer of the app and request the update yourself. Don't use apps from random people online. You never know if the file has been altered or not.
