When will there be a solution, what is the problem and why is it taking so long? I have a hard time understanding a company as large as Dropbox in the cloud business that they cant figure this out. I am beyond frustrated and thinking about a change. This impedes my ability to run my business. I dont think I should have to figure out work arounds which cost me time. VERY ANNOYED!
- Stevensimpson2 years agoHelpful | Level 7It sounds like you need new staff as it has been like this for months. If they can't fix something as small as this by now, I suggest they look for a new job

I have the same problem with a new Motorola RAZR+ with Android 13. Attaching Dropbox files has worked perfectly until today when it starts to attach the file and then says, "can't attach file." Tried attaching from other cloud-based storage and no problem.
- Kbroc2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Can we please get an update on this, it has been months and I pay close to 1k a year for this service and to not be able to upload attachments through the Gmail app us highly inconvenient. This needs to start working
