Smallpdf app is connected to Dropbox, but I can't open files through it.
A bit of assistance please...I've not found answers in help files and I'm at a stopping point. Issue: Smallpdf is not found in Dropbox menu after connecting.

Hey dlauren, if you're online can you try to log in to dropbox.com, then hover over the name of the file you'd like to open and click "..." (ellipsis).
Once you do that, hover over Open and check if the Smallpdf is shown as an option there.
If you're using our app, open the Dropbox folder in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). Right-click the name of the file youâd like to open and click Open withâŠ.
Click the third-party app youâd like to open the file with, then click OK. If you don't see the option there, could you send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual, please?
