Subtitles not loading in Dropbox Replay

I can't add subtitles to a video file. It says "Failed to add subtitles. There is some error in the selected file". Format .srt, Unicode UTF-8 encoding.

    Hey Fractal Tree - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that this should be resolved now.

     

    Can you check and let us know if you're still having issues?

I deleted cookies and nothing changed.

 

There's really not much to show in a screenshot. The SRT is selected but the subtitles are not visible when the video plays.

I see, thanks for the additional information and the screenshot too valer2021 - did you just clear the cookies from your browser or did you try another browser as well? 

 

Does this happen for all files, some or only one in particular?
