Zoom to Dropbox integration not working
Has the zoom to dropbox integration been affected by changes again?

Thank you simonbands & Kathryn Jones for getting back to me so quickly.
While it's a shame that did not work, that rules out a lot for us and was worth a shot.
As I mentioned previously, our team is currently working on getting the integration back up and running. I'll provide an update as soon as I have any news.

Back In February 2024 Dropbox canceled the integration app with Zoom . Due to community pressure it was reinstated. It has been working successfully until last night when my zoom meeting recordings were not transferred to my Dropbox. Upon an hour of my time with zoom support, I found out that Dropbox canceled the integration AGAIN with NO NOTICE to their customers. I am deeply frustrated at the lack of communication on Dropbox's side of things. This leaves me no time to find another solution as downloading and uploading are not possible due to very poor internet in a more rural community. Is anyone else having issues and frustrated like I am?

23 days agoYour frustrations are totally valid nsrubio, and I would probably have similar feelings in your position. Please be aware that our team are currently working on restoring the Zoom integration, I can't provide an exact timeline but there should be an update within a few weeks. Hang in there!
