Billing of my plan changed without inform me?

Why I got a billing of HKD980.27 on 4/Nov? What is the annual payment of my Dropbox plan? Is it USD 99.00 per year?

    The Plus plan when billed annually is $119 per year. It likely fluctuates a bit in your local currency due to exchange rates.
