Change billing from monthly to yearly
Hi,
I'd like to change my billing cycle from monthly to yearly. I don't want to pay $13 a month, I'd like to pay whatever the yearly fee is please.
I'm on Dropbox Plus. I really need a yearly billing cycle, not monthly. How do I do this?
Thanks,
Hi mattbailey, do these steps help at all in changing the billing cycle on your account?

Hey mattbailey, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
You can switch your Dropbox subscription from monthly to yearly at any time by selecting the yearly option in your account settings under the billing tab.
You'll begin your new annual subscription at your next renewal date, and you'll be charged annually going forward.
I hope this helps!

Amazing. This worked thank you. For some reason I feel like this should be under billing, not plan, but we got there in the end. Thanks.

Hi,
I saw an advert on dropbox to save money by switching to an annual subscription, clicking on the 'view upgrade options' link in the top bar when logged into Dropbox brings up an error page, and there doesn't seem like an option to make this change under billing settings from my admin account.
I have a Personal Plus account.
Thanks

How are you currently paying? Is it via a mobile play store?

Hi Mark,
I am paying via PayPal.

Hey Francis Redman, sorry to jump in here, but could you try clearing your browser's cache and/or using another browser and let us know if you still get an error?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

Hey Please see screengrabs of what I get on the billing page, and also what I get when I go try to view plans.

Thanks for the screenshots, Francis Redman.
Do you see the same when you try from other browsers, like Walter suggested, or an incognito window?
