Hi there, I've been a Dropbox user more or less from the very beginning and I regret to say that the paid plans are way too expensive for an average user (or a family for that matter): 2 TB for 120,- € per year for a PLUS plan - honestly... I'm pretty much sure that you will get many more paid users if the price plans were more reasonable. Furthermore, Dropbox sends out messages informing that they have "new possibilities" and by the end of the day, it's the same expensive "special offer" as always. Hopefully, this will change. I can’t find the differences between the family vs professional plan. I currently have the professional plan but want my wife to be able to upload her pictures to her own “Camera Backup_wife” folder and I believe that is not doable unless I’m mistaken? I read that a family plan would allow her to do this but I can’t find a comparison of the plans and so I’m wondering if I would loss features switching from Professional to Family? Recently switched to Plus Annual, but something messed up, and now I am back on Basic, but with Annual fee gone. I was on Plus, paying monthly. Switched to Annual, but now get the Unable to upgrade message. I never logged into the Dropbox with another account. Paid via apple store. Billing Management page is empty now.
