I upgraded to Dropbox Professional, but it's not showing on my account

How did you upgrade?
My account was automatically charged after the free trial period.

Question or Issue

I upgraded to a Dropbox Professional account. Why hasn't my account been upgraded? I have no storage.

    Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the Dropbox mobile app?
