Hi there! I've have a free dropbox personal account for 15 years, and at some point added a free Teams account. Several years ago I upgraded the Teams account to a Professional account. ----- Today I got this message, and all my Professional files were taken off my machines (they're still on dropbox of course) Business Dropbox Removed: Your business Dropbox account was removed from this computer because your accounts were unlinked. Your files have not been deleted. ------ I would love to be able to link my two accounts, and continue having two separate dropbox home folders on my machine. Basically, I am leaving the country tomorrow morning and will have extremely limited internet access. I just need it to work how it used to, but I accept that I may need an alternate setup based on whatever Dropbox has changed. When I am signed into my Personal (free) account, it says I have 3TB of space, and the same for the Professional account. Within the settings menu the Pro account is called Personal Account, but when I check the billing plan for the Pro account, it calls it Dropbox Professional. Any solutions? Many Thanks! (too bad this is my only option for customer support 🙂Solved11KViews5likes27Comments"This billing country change isn't supported" error when changing my billing information
I receive an error saying "This billing country change isn't supported" when I try to change my credit card for billing as my old one expired. My old card was an Australian card and the new one is a US one. When I choose United States from the dropdown list I receive that error message.Solved16KViews1like27CommentsI really need a yearly billing cycle, not monthly. How do I do this?

My annual individual professional plan is set to renew on 11/30/25, however, I would like to have the renewal charge post earlier in the month than Nov 30, for example, ideally have the charge post on November 21 plus or minus a day. How can I make this happen in the account (I can't find any way to do it)? If not, is there an email address I can write to to have this happen? TIA.Solved121Views0likes7CommentsCan't cancel my Dropbox Backup trial from Seagate
Dropbox Plan Seagate Dropbox Backup + Dropbox Basic Payment Method Linked my Card as a payment method How did you upgrade? Via DropBox website Question or Issue My Seagate comes with a 6 month free trial for Dropbox Backup plan, upon subscribing for this free trial.. I received an email saying: But I cannot find a way to remove this free trial, I no longer need to use it as I found out that I need to upgrade my Dropbox plan first in order to use it. I have no use of it since 2GB Basic Dropbox plan is not enough for me to backup my 2TB Seagate. I now want to cancel the subscription trial and delete my account. I am pretty good with technology, so I know how to cancel it but there is no option to do it in dropbox in my account. Nor am I able to delete my credit card details from the account. I have attached screenshots of the email received and my "plans" page. No option to remove this at all! Kindly assist me to: Cancel this trial. Remove my credit card from your billing system.153Views0likes6CommentsHow many devices on Dropbox Simple (500gb plan)?
I notice Dropbox now has a Simple Plan in selected countries which gives 500gb storage for £5.99 per month but needs to be paid via a Google Play or Apple subscription, but I cannot find out anywhere how many devices it can be installed on? Can anyone that has this plan let me know if there is a device limit and if so what the limit is?Solved248Views0likes6CommentsLost access to subscription and files after account deletion
Sure! Here’s a message you can post in the Dropbox community: Subject: Urgent: Lost Access to Subscription & Files After Account Deletion Hi everyone, I really need help. I had a Dropbox account on my PC with one email, but I also had another account with a different email where I purchased my subscription. Unfortunately, the account on my PC was deleted, and now I can’t access my files or my subscription. Right now, my PC is logged into the deleted account, and I can’t access my actual paid subscription. I don’t know how to restore access, merge everything, or move the subscription back to where it belongs. I’ve tried everything, but I’m getting no real help, and I’m panicking because I had a lot of important work saved. Is there any way to recover my access, transfer the subscription, and get everything back in order? I feel like I made a mistake, but I really need to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!260Views0likes7Comments
