Can't cancel Dropbox Essentials free trial (EDIT: SOLVED)

I just signed up for a Dropbox Essentials free trial. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to cancel the free trial, despite searching for a solution in this forum, and despite trying to follow the dir...

I am at wits end as well.  I cannot cancel drop box essentials and have tried for several days to do so.  I seem to be in a black hole with this issue.

        Thanks for that, cjdavis2015! From your screenshot, it looks like your Essentials trial has already been cancelled and your Dropbox account is now a free Basic one again. 

        Otherwise, you’d be still seeing the 3TB of space offered by Dropbox Essentials and not 2GB.
