My mobile app shows that I have a Plus plan with 2 GB instead of 2 TB of space
hello,
signed up to Dropbox plus on my iPhone a few hours ago and I got a popup saying my storage is full but the limit should be 2Tb and not 2gb, screenshot is attached below
thanks

Hi there, Ryanmeston07, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community!
That's pretty strange indeed; can you check how your plan looks in your account settings online?
Also, how did you upgrade the account? Directly from the mobile app on your iPhone?
If so, try these steps to restore your purchase and see if it helps.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi
So here’s a picture of how it looks in account settings
so I got the free trial and my storage limit didn’t go up, I then just paid for £9.99 co I immediately wanted the upgraded storage right away but that still didn’t do the job, this was all done on my iPhone directly and here’s a screenshot of how it looks in the subscriptions app on my phone
I also tried restoring purchases but that didn’t do the trick either for whatever reason

I see, thanks for the update, Ryan!
I actually sent you an email, so we can take a look into this internally.
See you there!
