My iPhone mobile app doesn't show the files I've saved on my desktop app.
That! Some of the files on my Desktop App aren't in my Dropbox app on my iPhone. Help please.
Hi again, Saz1! Can you go to your Start menu > Programs and restart the Dropbox app from there?
Can you see the Dropbox icon in your system tray after that? If yes, let me know how your files are syncing now.

Hey Saz1, thanks for your post.
As a first step, can you check your Dropbox account on www.dropbox.com? Can you see the same files you’ve saved on your desktop app there?
Let me know, and we’ll investigate this further.

Hi Nancy
They aren't updating on the web based app but they are on the Desktop app. However, a lot of files can't be opened - see below please.

No - they aren't updated either.
Also - my files are getting corrupted in the Desktop App.

HI Saz1, do you currently have OneDrive installed on your computer?
The brown box sync icons in your screenshots are related to that program, and could be affecting the Dropbox desktop application syncing process.
Could you try quitting OneDrive, and see if you can mark those files as available offline by right clicking them and selecting that option?

I can't see OneDrive installed although I've used it in the past. I don't use it now I have Dropbox. If I need OneDrive I just look at in on the web.

Thanks for the info, could you try the other steps I mentioned regarding marking the files as available offline to see if this helps?
