Hey Red Gerran, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it looks like your trial was indeed cancelled, but you'll get to keep the additional quota till the end of the trial period.

3 years agoSince you're on a paid plan, you should have had the option for live chat or email support.
Do you have the ticket number you received from the automated email response from the chatbot?

Yes. I have a ticket number, but when I give it to chatbot, it tells me that I need to upgrade my account in order to speak to someone.
