Can't remove licenses

Hi, our plan is due for renewal early next month and I need to reduce the amount of licenses from 7 to 5. When I do this on the manage license window the "remove licenses" button is greyed out and not selectable. How else can I reduce the licenses before I get charged for unnecessary licenses? Thanks

    Can you please try this again through a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
