Can't update billing info to receive a refund on a now Basic account

8 months agoThanks for the ticket number, kristal217! I checked it and it looks like it ended up in an unmonitored queue.
Can you please clarify if you’ve contacted your bank in the meantime about this? I also believe that they can further assist you in getting your money back from Dropbox, since the previous payment method is no longer active.
