Charged for a subscription I didn't purchase
I need help. I can't contact support and they've just charged me out of no where.
I need a refund !! They stole $343 out of my bank account. I can't believe this.

- Karenlrw662 years agoNew member | Level 2I've been back and forth with PayPal for more than a week they cannot help me and every piece of information Dropbox provides me to contact them does not work This is absolute bullcrap. And nobody else has access to my PayPal The transaction ID number that I provide they say doesn't exist. If somebody would just get in touch with me and clear this matter up that would be great but I cannot seem to get any help from anybody at Dropbox.
