Since you don't have access to the account, we can help you cancel the charge linked to it, provided that you have all the necessary billing info. Can I send you an email, in order for us to investigate further?

A former employee signed up for Dropbox on the company card and we do not have access to the account. I would like to cancel the account and potentially open a new one.
I have payment info, but unsure of the email address associated with the account. Can someone please assist?
