How can I cancel my trial plan?

 

Received an email informing me my trial ends on the 25th March with instructions on how to cancel so I wouldn't be billed. I was told to click on the account button where I would find 'cancel trial membership', done that but it's nowhere to be seen.

It would appear this is a common theme with other people saying the same.

Can you please direct me to where I can do this.

    Got it wrong I signed up using the app however when I went onto the website it told me how to proceed and I was able to cancel the renew subscription.

    Thanks for your help.

    Did you upgrade to a trial plan from the Dropbox site, or via the Dropbox mobile app?

    Can't remember, I think it was from the Dropbox site.
