How do I check if I have a subscription with Dropbox? I want to create a Vault
I thought I’d subscribed to Dropbox. How do I check if I have? The reason I ask is I want to create a vault, and I’m getting a dialogue box inviting me to subscribe, and no prompt to set up a

Thanks for your help so far. As I’m trying to empty my iPad of all my files stored there, I also asked Apple help. They steered me in the right direction, and I’ve found the method. I think we can close this case now- but I’m fairly ancient, and severely sight impaired, so I may be back on with daft questions in the future!

You can check the plan you're on at the moment on your account's plan tab.
As for the Dropbox Vault feature note that it is available to users on the Dropbox Plus, Professional, and Family plans at the moment.

Thanks. I have plus, and have found my vault. Now I want to transfer an iPad pages file into it, but all it seems to want me to do is either scan, or take a photo. How do I put the file in there please?
