How do I remove my card information from Dropbox?
I canceled my dropbox plan and now everytime I sign in there's this big red banner at the top telling me my payment has failed. I don't want dropbox to keep trying to charge me $200 every other day. ...

Has your account been downgraded yet, or have you just scheduled the downgrade?
If you just scheduled the downgrade, you'll need to wait until your account is actually downgraded; then, your billing info will automatically be removed from your account.
