I cancelled my trial but got charged for the annual subscription. How to cancel and get a refund?
I cancelled my free 30 day subscription and deleted my account. I was charged the annual fee and I logged back in and the account is still there. I can’t find any way to cancel this subscription

You can cancel via https://help.dropbox.com/plans/downgrade-dropbox-individual-plans.
Note as well that if the trial was via an app store you need to cancel via them at least 24 hours before payment is taken, as it. tells you when setting up.
- Maceacr2 years agoNew member | Level 2I have tried the instructions and there is no where that provides an option to cancel my subscription and says I have the basic free plan but they still charged my credit card. Who can I contact to sort this out?

If it says you are on basic you have 2 accounts and have not cancelled the upgrade on the correct one.
Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find which account you have upgraded.
