I cancelled my trial but got charged for the annual subscription. How to cancel and get a refund?
I cancelled my free 30 day subscription and deleted my account. I was charged the annual fee and I logged back in and the account is still there. I can’t find any way to cancel this subscription

I have tried the instructions and there is no where that provides an option to cancel my subscription and says I have the basic free plan but they still charged my credit card. Who can I contact to sort this out?

2 years agoIf it says you are on basic you have 2 accounts and have not cancelled the upgrade on the correct one.
Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find which account you have upgraded.

Log on to the account at www.dropbox.com and you can then contact support at www.dropbox.com/support.
