I got charged for a plan I didn't order
I have been using Dropbox for 4 years, paying USD 125 every 9/1. this year besides USD 125 on 9/1 they charged me USD 180 on 10/1. I spent whole October - 30 emails and DROPBOX stated it was NOT A DR...

all details have been provided over 40 times... unfortunately to over 20 different people... Every time I have to start from the begining.
why your team insisted that charge did not belong to Dropbox over 30 times and after I asked bank to investigate with visa, Dropbox confirmed it was Dropbox charge...
to be honest I do not believe I will get my money back.
