I need help locating my paid account as it shows I only have a Basic one
I've ben trying to locate an email address for Dropbox so that I can ask why I keep being shown as having only the Basic account, when I have paid or more. Can't even find my past documents. Se...

There are no email addresses for Dropbox. All support is via www.dropbox.com/support but it depends upon what paid plan you are on. So, if yours is showing as basic you've upgraded a different one by mistake. Use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find out which and log on to that one :)
