I need to get a refund for my Dropbox charges. How can I get in touch with the support team?

I have a ticket for a refund. I'm trying to get in contact with the support team, but it seems like I can't. It's been almost a week and I'm sill waiting for my money, that was withdrawn without my conscent, to be back in my account. What should I do?

    Reply with your ticket number and a Dropboxer may be able to check the ticket status for you.

    Note - Dropbox cannot take money without consent, if you gave them your card then that is consent. If, however, you did not give them your details you need to talk to your card company as somebody has cloned the card.
