I paid for an upgrade, but my account is still not upgraded
I paid to upgrade my subscription but the account hasn’t been upgraded after taking the money. I tried to restore my purchase but just get an error code 409

Just to clarify, did you upgrade your Dropbox account via the App Store on your mobile device?
Is it possible to send me a screenshot of the error message that you mention?

Hey Bfreshh74 , sorry to see you're having trouble.
Did you upgrade your account directly through our website or from the app on your phone?
If the latter, was the payment made through iTunes or Google Play?

I upgraded to a Dropbox Plus subscription a month ago (via apple ID subscriptions). But the account is still Basic.

Hi Kath8, let's see what we can find on this!
As a first step, could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device, by following these steps?
In your Dropbox app, tap Account.
Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
Tap on Restore purchases, which should activate your last upgrade.Keep me posted!
