I upgraded from Plus to Professional via the Apple App Store, but my Dropbox account hasn't changed.
I updated my Dropbox subscription through the Apple App Store – from Plus to Pro – because I need more space, but my subscription is not updating. Looking for how to fix this.

Hi josephSquier,
Can you try to sign out from your other device's account and sign back in? And make sure as well that your email address linked to your Dropbox account on your phone is the same as the account you are on your other device. Thank you.
