I am in the same situation... I signed up for dropbox around April 2023 for the free trial, and stopped using it after the free trial ended but I just found out today that I've been billed every month. This is unacceptable. Someone please contact me so we can get this resolved and refunded.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: are you talking about a Dropbox Sign charge, or a simple Dropbox plan upgrade?

Hi!
I have deleted all photos and submitted a request to cancel my account. My billing date is the 22nd (tomorrow), but I see the charge on my credit card transactions already. Please reverse Invoice removed and refund $19.99. Thanks very much for your help!
