I want to pay for 20 or 30 years ahead so familytree files will be availabale after I die. I am 80.

How can I speak to dropbox to see if they will allow this? They bill annually.

  • There is no way to do this I'm afraid - what I'd suggest is making sure that you have some plans in place for somebody to take over your account and set up future payments as and when the time comes.
