I'm not seeing the Plus features, although I paid for the plan.
I upgraded to the Plus plan using the 30 day free trial but I'm nit seeing any of the features on the account. It shows up in my subscriptions but i dont have access to any of the features, when i try to upgrade again it tells me im already paying for the subscription cause of starting that trial.

You wont see all features I dont believe until you've actually paid. For example chat and email support are not available while on a Trial.

I dont have any of the features at all. Not even the 2TB of storage it shows im on the base version in the app but when i go to my subscriptions on my apply ID its showing as the Plus version on dropbox.

Are you sure you are using the same account then?
Add a file to the App on the phone, does this appear on your computer?

Yea it does which is really weird. Im trying to figure this out asap so i can send out my footage.

Tired restarting the desktop app and the mobile app, signing out and resigning in cause both ends i dont have the features but it shows under my subscriptions.

Could you try restoring your purchases using the steps mentioned here, and then let me know if you get the same results?

When I try to upgrade again, it says I’m already paying for the subscription because of the trial. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to fix it? Just like maintaining access to subwaymenu healthy food is essential for well-being, having proper access to paid features is important for a smooth user experience.
