Can you please clarify what exactly is shown in your plan tab in regards to your quota? How about the referrals page?

I have exactly the same problem. My Plan Tab and referrals tab are shown below in screenshots. I have 2 computers synced to Dropbox that regularly update, and I log in rarely, perhaps a few times per year, only in response to problems of this sort.
The 7.25GB that I have earned over the many years of using and promoting Dropbox appear to have been removed. Please let me know whether this has happened as a reasult of policy or error, and if it can be fixed.
