I did not I have the free basic plan but received a charge that I did not approve and I would like to speak to someone but when I called the support number it said number is no longer in service to go to admin support page enter my phone number and I would recieve an immediate call back but there is nowhere to enter my number. Hello, There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I am a basic plan user only so when I got the notification from my credit card company that I had a charge from Dropbox I knew something was suspicious. I was able to track down the invoice and receipt using the transaction ID lookup tool so I have that documentation. I want to report this to Dropbox so they may take action against this user. I am helping my mom with cancelling a number of recurring subscriptions and the most difficult one has been this drop box account. I keep cycling through how to cancel a dropbox account trial/account but nothing is working. There is no billing history in the account and the subscriptions page says she is on dropbox basic online. she is charged via card and gets an annual email with the last email saying: "our subscription will renew on August 24, 2025, and you’ll be charged $130.01 on that date and again each year, until you cancel. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, access your account settings You may also contact support at any time." but when I click the apps it send me on a goose chase. HOW CAN I CANCEL? I upgraded directly from the DB website Question or Issue Last year I was participating in a Dropbox promotion that gave me more than the 2gb under the standard plan, which recently expired. In the meantime, I purchased a new Dell computer at Costco about 9 months ago. I have heard that Dell offers a promotion with Dropbox for additional free storage for one year. The instructions say to log into my DB account from the Dell computer to begin that promotion. When I log into DB, there is no option to begin a Dell promotion.
