My Dropbox subscription auto-renewed and I don't need it.
If I cancel now (it renewed Nov 2) and you can see I havent done any file transfer in over a year, do I lose all that fee or do I get a refund prorated? If I can't get a refund, if I cancel, will...

2 years agoHey K_Tan welcome to our Community!
If you cancel your Dropbox subscription, you're essentially cancelling the automatic renewal.
Therefore, you still get to keep your plan until November 2nd of next year, which is where your account should downgrade.
As for the refund, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
I hope this helps!
