No option to remove payment method on my Basic plan

It seems like Dropbox doesn't give any options to remove or change payment info. I'm reaching out to the community because I need help with this issue! It is also quite annoying that email support is...

    Hi AlexRezamp, thanks for contacting us.

    In general, when downgrading from a paid plan, the previous billing information should be automatically removed from your account.
