Hello I have wrongly entered my date of birth today what should I do? I need some help I dont want to lose my account

If I get this right, you inserted the wrong date of birth while setting up your Family account, correct?
If that’s the case, I can open a ticket for you, so that we can have a closer look.

Hello,
I mange our family plan and was adding my son who is 14. I read the age requirements, and it is 13 in America.
Problem is, I am in Hong Kong and he goes to school in America. I presume based on my ISP, his account has been locked. Nowhere in the set up of his account did it ask for residential address.

As you're the family admin, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate this matter in more detail.

The next basic question, how do I contact support? The is a BOT that will not transfer me and I can not find a phone number of direct email address.
