Rekordbox account is now a personal account and I can't access.

Hi.

I have had a rekordbox account for a few years now, last year i changed creditcard, and my subscription timed out on AlphaTheta, my Dropbox Team account from Rekordbox became my personal account.

I am not able to sign in to the Team account, due to my email is now connected to the personal account.

Is there some way i can get back to the RekordBox team account?

    Do you get any specific errors when trying to sign into the account? 

    I'd also suggest you reach out to Rekordbox support using this form, to see if they can assist with that.
